The Pizza

Where can we go for a pizza? My friend was asking, I just thought probably to the nearest location down the corner of the street in Piazza di Tor Sanguigna, 12 Rome. This is near Piazza Navona. Or maybe from any pizza joint in the city. Most pizzerias order the same supplies from all the same food distributors and make basically the same mundane, run-of-the-mill pizza. Totally different in appearance, aroma, and most of all, taste. Why else would we ask where to eat a pizza? There is the quest for this unique and addictive taste.

At this joint then they need to improve on some of these things and we shall all be fighting to be served by them.

  1. The need to change the outlook of the place to reflect what they are offering. That someone can know this is the place that he was looking for.
  2. Make the customer feel like eating again each day, through incentives. Offer a bonus if one is a frequent customer. This goes with good customer service.
  3. Try to make more space to accommodate many people queing to be served. This will eliminate the need to loose patience. Romans don't have all the time to wait for a pizza if they can get it down the street!
  4. Do something about the decour. Improve the welcome signs and since its in a good place for most customers coming to Piazza Navona, then most attractive. People dont want just another pizza joint!
  5. Improve on the need to have an outside sitting place, since most don't know if to sit or just stand on the available place provided. Make the customer see the need to have time to enjoy his pizza.
Looking at these points then the pizza place will be swamming with customers who will give word about it to the rest. Enjoy your pizza here then after this improvements.
